I have gone through your article online and I want to know if a particular individual has some herbal or medicinal product & wants to sell that product commercially by himself , how can I get the ayush certificate for that product so that it can be commercially sold.
Also if anyone wants to manufacture that product through third party manufacturing, how can an individual protect the secrecy of his product from a third party manufacturer.

An individual can't get ayush certificate of herbal medicine. Ayush department issues herbal medicine approval to only companies having ayush manufacturing license. So, you need to first have ayush manufacturing license if you want to prepare a herbal medicinal product and sell it commercially in the market.
If you want to get it manufactured on a third party basis then you need to get approval through the ayurvedic manufacturer and have to disclose your ingredients because without this information, the manufacturer can't manufacture it for yourself. In third party manufacturing, there will be no secrecy of your formulation. You can only convince manufacturers to not manufacture it for others.
If you want to prevent secrecy then either you need to to own ayush manufacturing license or you can take loan license at manufacturer's premises and keep your formulation secret.
