Some companies have target system and some don’t have. You should confirm first whether company has target system or not. If company don’t have any target system then you should be assured at any level company will not impose any target or unnecessary conditions in future. Once you have started then your money and relationship will be at stake.

Term and Conditions:

Term and conditions should be based at mutual discussion. What is payment term, transportation; promotional material, gifts and samples etc should be confirmed and be in written agreement.
