What is Ayush?

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is one of the oldest systems of treatment originated more than 5000 years ago. Ayurveda word is made-up of two words – Ayur and Veda. ‘Ayur’ means Life and ‘Veda’ means Knowledge. The word Siddha has its origin in the Tamil word Siddhi which means "an object to be attained" or "perfection" or "heavenly bliss".

Homoeopathic system of medicine was founded by Samuel Hahnemann in 1796. It is based upon believe that ‘Like cures Like” and ‘Law of minimum dose’.

Like Cure Like: This theory states that a disease can be cured by a substance that produces similar symptoms in healthy people.

Law of minimum dose: This theory states that the lower the dose of the medication, the greater will be its effectiveness.
